第三方物流企业物流金融服务的分析与决策

【摘要】：物流金融的参与者有三方,分别为金融机构、第三方物流企业以及融资企业。第三方物流企业(3PL,third party logistics)除在物流金融业务中提供物流服务外,还协助金融机构为资金需求企业提供担保或融资。它既可以在金融机构的授信下直接向资金需求企业融资,也可通过参与质押担保等活动来便利中小企业的融资。第三方物流企业的介入在极大程度上降低了传统的金融业务面临的风险。文章将对其在开展物流金融服务的过程中风险、成本与收益等影响因素进行分析,提供物流企业在参与该业务程度时的最优选择及所应采取的措施。
[Abstract]:The participants of logistics finance are three parties: financial institutions, third-party logistics enterprises and financing enterprises. In addition to providing logistics services in the logistics financial business, the third party logistics) also assists financial institutions in providing guarantee or financing for enterprises with capital needs. It can not only directly finance the enterprises with capital demand under the credit of financial institutions, but also facilitate the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises by participating in the activities of pledge guarantee and so on. The intervention of third-party logistics enterprises greatly reduces the risk of traditional financial business. This paper analyzes the influence factors such as risk, cost and income in the process of developing the logistics financial service, and provides the optimal choice and the measures to be taken when the logistics enterprise participates in the business level.
