基于BSC的东营银行分支行绩效考核问题研究

【摘要】:随着当今经济社会的飞速发展,绩效对一个企业的生死存亡起着至关重要的作用,如何对企业的绩效进行有效合理的衡量也成为学术界急需探究的问题,东营银行自建立发展至今,从未间断过对绩效考核方法的改进与创新,力争通过对银行各部门绩效的有效考核,激励员工及各部门改进不足、积极进取,以此推动整个银行的快速协调发展。 本文在大量查阅中外关于平衡计分卡绩效考核资料的基础上,首先对东营银行的现状进行了详细的分析,,对东营银行目前实施的绩效考核体系进行分析,找出存在的不足及导致原因,通过综合运用绩效管理理论和国内外商业银行绩效管理的主流方法,结合该银行的实际情况,拟建立一套适合东营银行具体情况的基于平衡计分卡绩效考核方法为核心的银行内部绩效考核体系,文中首先找出了影响东营银行绩效考核的关键目标因素,然后根据各因素对考核的影响程度,对其赋予相对应的权重,以此为据,建立绩效考核体系。在建立绩效考核体系的前提下,东营银行还要有一套能保障该体系正常实施运转的组织保障和维护制度,因此在文末,本文结合东营银行实际情况,提出了一系列的保障措施,以此来维护该银行绩效考核体系的正常运转。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and society, performance plays a vital role in the life and death of an enterprise. How to effectively and reasonably measure the performance of an enterprise has become an urgent problem in academic circles. Since its establishment and development, Dongying Bank has never interrupted the improvement and innovation of the performance appraisal method, striving to motivate its staff and departments to improve and make progress through the effective evaluation of the performance of each department of the bank. In order to promote the rapid and coordinated development of the whole bank. On the basis of consulting a large number of Chinese and foreign information on the performance appraisal of balanced Scorecard, this paper firstly analyzes the current situation of Dongying Bank in detail, and analyzes the performance appraisal system currently implemented by Dongying Bank. To find out the shortcomings and causes, through the comprehensive use of performance management theory and the mainstream methods of domestic and foreign commercial banks performance management, combined with the actual situation of the bank, This paper intends to establish a set of internal performance appraisal system based on balanced Scorecard performance appraisal method, which is suitable for Dongying bank. Firstly, the paper finds out the key target factors that affect the performance appraisal of Dongying Bank. Then, according to the influence degree of each factor to the appraisal, the corresponding weight is given to it, and the performance appraisal system is established. Under the premise of establishing the performance appraisal system, Dongying Bank also has a set of organization guarantee and maintenance system which can guarantee the normal operation of the system. So at the end of this paper, combining the actual situation of Dongying Bank, this paper puts forward a series of safeguard measures. In order to maintain the normal operation of the bank performance appraisal system.
