五矿期货发展战略之思考

【摘要】：中国期货业历经二十多年的发展,商品期货、金融期货及其相关的衍生品已被定义为国家风险管理的基础工具,必不可少,不可替代。中国期货市场进入了创新发展的新时期,新品种、新业务的推出以及多层次的市场体系建设,将大大拓展期货市场服务国民经济的广度和深度。中国经济的快速增长为期货行业提供了重大的历史机遇,以往低层次的经营、粗放的发展方式已不可持续,行业总体发展需要进行战略转型。放眼未来,期货行业的政策监管趋于放松,期货交易的成本将继续降低,业务模式与交易品种的创新环境更加积极,期货公司仅能从事通道类经纪业务的时代已经结束。交易品种创新进入高涨期,股指期货的影响进一步扩大,国债、利率等创新金融类期货品种将从无到有,交易比重也将逐步增加；投资咨询、资产管理、以风险管理为主的现货子公司与境外期货品种代理等创新业务将逐步建立,期货行业的盈利模式更加多元。在政策利好、市场利好的共同作用下,期货行业将迎来发展的“黄金期”,拥有优质客户资源与专业研发能力的期货公司将占据主流地位。五矿期货在整个行业进行战略转型的关键阶段,需要明智地找准自己的定位,确立适合公司发展的战略,扬长避短,最大限度地发挥自身优势。论文试图运用SWOT工具,对五矿期货的现状进行分析,以期在保持公司原有优势的同时,制定能够顺应期货行业发展大势的公司战略,使五矿期货这个传统的商品系期货公司在保持公司传统优势的同时,从专业化向多元化方向迈进,在激烈的行业竞争中立于不败之地。
[Abstract]:After more than 20 years' development, commodity futures, financial futures and related derivatives have been defined as the basic tools of national risk management, which are indispensable and irreplaceable. China's futures market has entered a new period of innovation and development. The introduction of new varieties, new business and the construction of multi-level market system will greatly expand the breadth and depth of futures market to serve the national economy. The rapid growth of China's economy has provided a great historical opportunity for the futures industry. In the past, the low level management and extensive development mode have become unsustainable, and the overall development of the industry needs to undergo strategic transformation. In the future, the policy regulation of futures industry tends to relax, the cost of futures trading will continue to decrease, the innovation environment of business model and trading variety will be more positive, the era of futures company can only engage in channel brokerage business has ended. The trading variety innovation enters the upsurge period, the influence of the stock index futures further expands, the national debt, the interest rate and other innovative financial futures varieties will grow from scratch, the trading proportion will gradually increase; the investment consultation, the asset management, The innovation business such as spot subsidiary and overseas futures variety agent, which is mainly based on risk management, will be established step by step, and the profit model of futures industry will be more diversified. Under the joint action of good policy and good market, futures industry will usher in a "golden period" of development, and futures companies with high quality customer resources and professional R & D capabilities will occupy the mainstream position. In the key stage of the strategic transformation of the whole industry, Minmetals Futures needs to find its own position wisely, establish the strategy suitable for the development of the company, exploit its strengths and circumvent its weaknesses, and give full play to its own advantages. This paper attempts to use SWOT tools to analyze the current situation of Minmetals futures, in order to maintain the original advantages of the company and formulate a company strategy that can conform to the development trend of the futures industry. Minmetals Futures, a traditional commodity futures company, keeps its traditional advantages, moves from specialization to diversification, and stands in an invincible position in the fierce industry competition.
