供应链金融下我国商业银行组织结构研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the deepening of China's financial industry opening to the outside world, domestic commercial banks not only face the competition of the same industry, but also grab customer resources with foreign large banks. Facing the double pressure, domestic commercial banks have to reconsider how to improve their core competitiveness, management efficiency and management level, in order to get a chance to survive in the future competition. Therefore, product innovation and service innovation are the focus of our commercial banks. Supply chain finance is first put forward by Shenzhen Development Bank under this background. Supply chain finance means that commercial banks provide financing services for upstream and downstream enterprises and their core enterprises, so as to realize the effective connection between the supply chain of banks and enterprises in logistics and capital flow. This paper studies the organizational structure of commercial banks based on the background of supply chain finance. At present, all the major commercial banks in China have developed the supply chain finance business. However, because of the high specialization of supply chain finance, the business span is large. The traditional organizational structure of commercial banks in China is difficult to adapt to the rapid development of supply chain financial services. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the organizational structure of domestic commercial banks and construct a more suitable organizational structure model for the development of supply chain financial business. Firstly, based on the theory of supply chain finance, this paper analyzes the related concepts, models and characteristics of supply chain finance, especially points out the difference between supply chain finance and logistics finance, and puts forward the necessity of developing supply chain finance. At the same time, the related concepts of the organizational structure of commercial banks and the related concepts of the organizational structure of commercial banks are sorted out. Combined with the factors affecting the organizational structure of commercial banks, five principles for improving the organizational structure of commercial banks in China are put forward. By analyzing the typical organizational structure model of the western commercial banks, this paper summarizes the following three aspects in the design of the organization structure of the western commercial banks: take the customer as the starting point, and take the business expansion as the direction. Take the information technology as the support platform. Then the paper analyzes the organizational structure of domestic commercial banks under the traditional mode and their shortcomings at present, and then puts forward the necessity of the improvement of the organizational structure of commercial banks, as well as the thinking of improving the organizational structure of commercial banks under the background of supply chain finance. The research found that the business department based on the application field improvement is a more suitable organizational structure model for the development of supply chain financial business, this model is an improvement to the business department model. That is to say, commercial banks carry on the corresponding integration and reorganization to the organization structure according to the business characteristic. At the same time, in order to explore whether the new organizational structure is suitable for supply chain finance, the improved model is evaluated synthetically, and an empirical analysis based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process is carried out. Finally, it summarizes the full text, and puts forward the next key research direction, also hopes to provide some reference for the further improvement of the organizational structure of domestic commercial banks through the analysis of this paper.
