我国创业板市场存在的主要问题及对策

【摘要】：创业板市场是相对于主板市场而言的一类证券市场,其在多层次资本市场体系中起到一个承接主板市场和场外市场的中间环节,创业板市场能为处于发展期的中小企业和高新技术企业提供资金支持,并能促使市场资源的优化配置,有助于上市公司建立合理的公司治理结构,有助于我国经济的持续、健康、有序的发展。我国创业板市场在2009年底创立,但是在创业板的运行当中,不难发现其还存在着诸多问题,本文拟通过对我国创业板市场及其法律制度建设问题进行分析和研究,力求能为我国创业板市场的建设提供理论依据和决策参考。
