股权结构影响企业技术创新的实证研究——基于我国中小板上市公司的分析

【摘要】：本文以连续三年披露研发支出的73家中小板上市公司为研究样本,分析股权结构对企业技术创新的影响。研究发现:终极所有权性质对企业技术创新存在显著影响,民营产权不利于企业技术创新;股权集中度与企业技术创新存在显著的"倒U型"关系;董事长和总经理持股与企业技术创新显著正相关,但民营产权弱化了这种激励效应;机构投资者持股比例与企业技术创新不具有统计上的相关性;外资持股与企业技术创新显著负相关。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the impact of ownership structure on technological innovation of 73 small and medium-sized board listed companies which have disclosed their R & D expenditure for three consecutive years. It is found that the nature of ultimate ownership has a significant impact on technological innovation of enterprises, private property rights are not conducive to technological innovation of enterprises, and there is a significant "inverted U" relationship between ownership concentration and technological innovation of enterprises. The shareholding of chairman and general manager is positively correlated with technological innovation, but private property rights weaken the incentive effect, the proportion of institutional investors holding shares is not statistically correlated with technological innovation of enterprises. Foreign ownership has a significant negative correlation with technological innovation.
