安阳银行发展战略研究

【摘要】:随着经济金融化、金融全球化以及金融市场化的不断发展,中国银行业竞争激烈。作为改革开放和市场经济的产物,城市商业银行正成为中国金融体系的重要组成部分,然而与其他竞争对手,城市商业银行在资本实力、资产规模、市场影响力等方面都处于劣势。所以城市商业银行如何在激励的竞争中找准定位是谋求发展的关键。 本文运用了比较分析,定性分析和实例分析的研究方法为主。首先介绍了金融金融战略理论的相关文献为基础,接着分析了目前国内外城市商业银行的发展模式,然后以安阳银行为例,运用了SWOT的分析方法,对安阳银行的优势、劣势、机会和威胁进行了分析和论述,把安阳银行为处于中间层次的城市商业银行,找出安阳银行的发展战略,即以WO战略为主最适合安阳银行。文章最后在上面分析的基础上,提出了安阳银行为了实现战略目标应采取的有效对策,对安阳银行的的市场定位,完善公司治理、实现联合重组的跨区域发展,打造独特的企业文化,坚持业务创新具体的实施进行了详细的论述。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic finance, financial globalization and financial marketization, the competition of Chinese banking industry is fierce. As a result of reform and opening up and market economy, urban commercial banks are becoming an important part of China's financial system. However, with other competitors, urban commercial banks are in the capital strength and asset scale. Market influence and other aspects are at a disadvantage. So how to find the right position in the incentive competition is the key to the development of the city commercial banks. In this paper, comparative analysis, qualitative analysis and case analysis are mainly used. This paper first introduces the relevant documents of financial strategy theory, then analyzes the development mode of domestic and foreign city commercial banks, and then takes Anyang Bank as an example, applies the analysis method of SWOT to the strengths and weaknesses of Anyang Bank. This paper analyzes and discusses the opportunities and threats, taking Anyang Bank as a city commercial bank at the middle level, and finds out the development strategy of Anyang Bank, that is, the WO strategy is the most suitable for Anyang Bank. Finally, on the basis of the above analysis, the paper puts forward the effective countermeasures that Anyang Bank should take in order to realize the strategic goal, to position the market of Anyang Bank, to perfect the corporate governance, and to realize the cross-regional development of joint reorganization.
