战略性新兴产业培育、升级与金融支持

【摘要】："十二五"期间,战略性新兴产业的培育、发展与升级已成为我国经济社会发展的重要战略目标,而金融体系在战略性新兴产业的培育、发展与升级过程中具有核心的支持作用。战略性新兴产业的升级过程,需要有完善的金融支持体系来配套,并进行金融支持战略性新兴产业升级的政策设计。
[Abstract]:During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, the cultivation, development and upgrading of strategic emerging industries have become an important strategic goal of China's economic and social development, while the financial system has been cultivated in strategic emerging industries. The development and upgrade process has the core support function. The process of upgrading strategic emerging industries requires a sound financial support system and a policy design to support the upgrading of strategic emerging industries.
