上海钱庄内部控制制度及其控制机制研究

【摘要】：上海钱庄通过资本控制制度、合同及保证人制度、组织结构控制制度等有效地防范了各种金融风险的发生,所有这些制度的实施与其内部控制机制,即硬激励与约束机制——红利制度、人员监督政策,软约束机制——泛家庭主义的影响切实分不开的,这启示当前民间金融机构要加强内部控制制度建设,更好地利用民间金融机构特有的文化机制加强风险防范。
[Abstract]:Through the capital control system, contract and guarantor system, and the organizational structure control system, Shanghai Qianjiang has effectively prevented the occurrence of various financial risks, all of which have been implemented and their internal control mechanisms. That is, the influence of hard incentive mechanism and restraint mechanism-dividend system, personnel supervision policy, soft restraint mechanism-pan-family principle can not be separated from each other, which enlightens the current private financial institutions to strengthen the construction of internal control system. Better use of private financial institutions unique to the cultural mechanism to strengthen risk prevention.
