吉林省农行金融同业业务发展策略研究

【摘要】:金融同业业务是指金融同业的各个组成部分--即银行、证券、保险等行业间的业务合作,其中商业银行作为金融业最重要的组成部分,是金融同业合作的核心和基础。金融业改革开放的不断深化、利率和汇率改革的日益推进、金融市场建设的日臻完善、信息网络技术的广泛应用,都为金融同业业务的发展带来了广阔的创新空间,赋予了其全新的业务内涵,成为推动金融业转型和变革的重要力量。近年来,在货币政策趋紧的挤压和催生下,金融同业合作业务空前活跃,业已显露出三方面的趋势,一是同业合作的范围不断扩大,已经推动商业银行加快由分业经营向综合经营转型,客户在一个屋檐下办理所有金融业务的理想已经部分实现。二是同业合作的领域不断深化,正在深刻地改变商业银行乃至整个金融行业的竞争格局,银行之间的关系已不再是你死我活的残酷竞争,正在演化为一个庞大的自我平衡的“金融生态系统”,各类型的银行和金融同业在其中“共同进化”,共同为客户服务,共同分享价值,同业合作产生的利润已逐步超过传统业务利润。三是同业合作的层次不断提高,特别是随着电脑和网络技术在金融行业的运用,,商业银行的金融产品创新日新月异,服务创新也呈现出前所未有的态势。在这种大的环境和趋势下,吉林省银行同业合作业务也经历着激烈的发展和深刻的变化。合作客户范围已从传统的保险公司、证券公司向信托公司、基金公司、金融租赁公司、小额贷款公司、资产管理公司延伸;合作领域已从过去的同业融资和票据业务,向信托资产代理、同业人民币代付、理财资金托管、债权投资计划、资产管理等领域拓展;合作地域已不限于吉林省境内,而是伴随着业务的拓展,逐渐形成了跨区域甚至跨境经营的格局。但是由于吉林省农行长期以来忽视金融同业业务的发展,没有认识到同业业务的巨大发展前景,加之农行管理链条长、授权方式僵化、审批流程不畅、考核激励不到位等原因,严重制约了其同业业务的发展,导致其目前无论业务规模还是业务品种与省内同业相比都差距甚大。因此,只有在全面分析我国金融同业业务发展现状和趋势的基础上,深度透析省内银行同业业务开展情况,找出吉林省农行同业业务发展存在的突出问题,才能有针对地提出相应的解决对策,为省农行更好地开展同业业务提供有益的决策参考。
[Abstract]:Interbank business refers to the business cooperation among banks, securities, insurance and so on. As the most important part of financial industry, commercial bank is the core and foundation of financial interbank cooperation. With the deepening of the reform and opening up of the financial industry, the promotion of the reform of interest rate and exchange rate, the improvement of the financial market construction and the wide application of the information network technology, the development of the financial interbank business has brought broad innovation space. Endowed with its new business connotation, become an important force to promote the transformation and transformation of the financial industry. In recent years, as a result of the tightening of monetary policy, interbank financial cooperation has become more active than ever, and has shown three trends: first, the scope of interbank cooperation has been continuously expanded. Commercial banks have been pushed to speed up the transition from separate operations to comprehensive operations, and the ideal of customers to handle all financial services under one roof has been partially realized. Second, the field of interbank cooperation is deepening and is profoundly changing the competitive pattern of commercial banks and even the entire financial industry. The relationship between banks is no longer a cruel competition between the dead and dead. Is evolving into a huge, self-balancing "financial ecosystem" in which all types of banks and financial peers "coevolve" to serve their customers and share value, The profit generated by the same industry cooperation has gradually exceeded the traditional business profit. Third, the level of interbank cooperation has been raised constantly, especially with the application of computer and network technology in the financial industry, the commercial banks' financial products are innovating with each passing day, and the service innovation is also showing an unprecedented situation. In this kind of big environment and trend, the interbank cooperation business of Jilin Province also goes through intense development and profound change. The scope of cooperative clients has been extended from traditional insurance companies, securities companies to trust companies, fund companies, financial leasing companies, microfinance companies, asset management companies; The field of cooperation has been expanded from the past interbank financing and bill business to trust asset agent, interbank RMB payment, financial fund custody, creditor's rights investment plan, asset management and so on. The region of cooperation is not limited to Jilin Province, but with the expansion of business, it has gradually formed a cross-regional and even cross-border management pattern. However, Agricultural Bank of Jilin Province has neglected the development of financial interbank business for a long time, and has not realized the huge development prospects of the same industry business. In addition, the Agricultural Bank of China has a long management chain, a rigid authorization method, a poor examination and approval process, and inadequate assessment incentives, and so on. It seriously restricts the development of the same business, which leads to a big gap between the business scale and the variety of business in the province. Therefore, only on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the present situation and trend of financial interbank business in our country, deeply analyze the development of interbank business in the province, and find out the outstanding problems existing in the development of interbank business in Jilin Province. Only then the corresponding countermeasures can be put forward in order to provide a useful decision reference for Agricultural Bank of China (ABC) to carry out the business of the same industry better.
