淄博市建设银行个人财富管理业务发展研究

【摘要】:随着中国经济的持续高速增长,中国居民的财富显著增加,并逐渐形成了以拥有大量可投资性资产为特征的高净值客户群体(从银行角度,也称为个人高端客户)。由外资银行率先在中国境内开始,围绕高净值客户群体开展的个人财富管理业务,目前已经成为商业银行和非银行类金融机构竞相开展的战略性业务,而商业银行在个人财富管理市场中占据了绝对主导地位。 本文阐述了国内外关于个人财富管理的相关理论和发展模式,研究了中国目前阶段个人高端客户的特征及财富管理需求,分析了淄博地区主要商业银行个人财富管理的现状,以及各自的优势和不足,并利用层次分析法对四大商业银行个人财富管理竞争力进行分析。 在此基础之上,文章以实现淄博建行高净值客户人数、管理客户资产规模持续增长,达到淄博地区个人财富管理市场份额第一为目标,针对淄博地区主要商业银行个人财富管理业务比较中淄博建行存在的不足,重点从组织架构、服务模式、产品管理、队伍建设、绩效考核、渠道管理和IT系统支持等七个方面,提出了改善和优化淄博建行个人财富管理业务的对策和建议。
[Abstract]:With the sustained rapid economic growth in China, the wealth of Chinese residents has increased significantly, and has gradually formed a group of high net worth customers (also known as individual high-end customers from the perspective of banks), which is characterized by a large number of investable assets. The personal wealth management business carried out around the group of high net worth clients by foreign banks has become a strategic business in competition between commercial banks and non-bank financial institutions. Commercial banks in the personal wealth management market occupied an absolute dominant position. This paper expounds the relevant theories and development models of personal wealth management at home and abroad, studies the characteristics and requirements of individual high-end customers at present stage in China, and analyzes the present situation of personal wealth management of major commercial banks in Zibo area. And their respective advantages and disadvantages, and the use of analytic hierarchy process to analyze the four major commercial banks personal wealth management competitiveness. On this basis, the paper aims at realizing the number of high net worth customers of Zibo Construction Bank, managing the scale of assets of customers and achieving the first market share of personal wealth management in Zibo region. In view of the shortcomings of Zibo Construction Bank in the comparison of personal wealth management business of major commercial banks in Zibo region, the focus is on seven aspects, such as organizational structure, service model, product management, team building, performance appraisal, channel management and IT system support, etc. The countermeasures and suggestions for improving and optimizing Zibo Construction Bank's personal wealth management business are put forward.
