国有商业银行个人理财产品创新研究

【摘要】:当前,创新已经成为各个行业维持生存,促进发展的关键。商业银行作为市场的一单元,也必须通过提高自身的产品创新能力增强其核心竞争力。新产品是推动商业银行发展和利润增长的重要因素。国有商业银行个人理财产品的发展过程体现着银行产品的创新,随着客户对于个人理财产品的强烈需求以及银行个人理财产品创新进程的推进,其产品创新政策环境不完善、监管机制不健全、风险控制水平不高、创新人才较为缺乏等问题日益显现。 第一部分:国有商业银行个人理财产品创新概述。通过对个人理财产品创新概念的界定和个人理财产品创新的相关理论分析,提出国有商业银行个人理财产品创新的动因,,并且进一步分析了国内外银行个人理财产品实践及启示,为推动我国国有商业银行个人理财产品创新提供了理论基础。 第二部分:国有商业银行个人理财产品创新取得的成就及存在的问题。近些年来,我国商业银行不断开展个人理财产品创新。并且,取得了一些成就,主要表现在:投资币种的创新、投资结构的创新、风险防范的创新和产品收益的创新等方面。但是,尽管商业银行在个人理财产品创新这一方面有所成效。然而,仍存在着国家对银行监管力度不够、金融政策和法规比较欠缺、产品的市场操作能力不足、产品的创新设计能力不强、产品的风险控制水平不高等一系列问题,从而严重影响了商业银行个人理财产品创新的步伐。 第三部分:国有商业银行个人理财产品创新存在的问题的成因及解决对策。在这一部分,深入分析了商业银行个人理财产品创新中问题产生的原因。可归结为国家金融政策不完善、金融监管机制不健全、创新管理架构不完善、创新的专业人才缺乏以及产品的风险控制能力落后等几个方面原因。在对商业银行个人理财产品创新中存在的问题和产生问题的原因加以分析之后,针对问题和原因,本文又提出了相应的对策,以解决我国国有商业银行个人理财产品创新中的问题,推进其个人理财产品创新的步伐。
