BC银行江苏省分行业务流程再造研究
[Abstract]:At present, the domestic commercial bank product homogenization tendency is becoming more and more serious, the product specialized nature is lack seriously; At the same time, the business process of the bank is becoming more and more diversified, the business process is complicated, and the processing efficiency is low. Many commercial banks still regard the traditional spread mode as the main means of profit, which makes them lack the advantage in the competition with the foreign banks. Compared with the advanced multinational banks, process reengineering is an important measure for Chinese banks to deal with this challenge. Through process reengineering, we can establish a customer-centered business system, construct a new management process and support guarantee system, strengthen the use of information technology, and reshape the organizational structure in an all-round way by taking the enterprise development strategy as the guide and the process as the basis. This article takes BC Bank Jiangsu Branch as the research object, contrasts the foreign capital commercial bank advanced business process pattern, adopts the case analysis, the comparison analysis and the field investigation and so on many kinds of methods, according to the process reengineering theory, By analyzing the problems existing in the existing business process of Jiangsu Branch of BC Bank, this paper puts forward the implementation plan and corresponding reengineering guarantee measures for the process reengineering. In order to provide a reference for other commercial banks to implement business process reengineering activities. This article first carries on the literature review, then unifies own work experience, through carries on the research and the analysis to the BC bank Jiangsu province branch's existing operation business process, the customer service flow and the backstage support flow and so on. It is concluded that in order to build a process bank, BC Bank Jiangsu Branch must set up a customer-centered concept, reform the existing organizational structure model, and centralize the operation of business operations. Rely on powerful information technology to support the enlightening conclusion. The main meaning of this paper is to put forward the existing problems of BC Bank and the corresponding reengineering scheme, to design the business process, and to solve the inefficiency caused by the unsmooth flow of the existing process. Product innovation ability is not strong, improve customer satisfaction, reform management structure and model, and enhance market competitiveness. Of course, since the business process reengineering scheme has not been implemented in BC Bank Jiangsu Branch, the viewpoints put forward in this paper need to be tested through practice.
