我国金融衍生品市场发展模式与路径选择

【摘要】：当前我国衍生品市场存在规模大而品种少、需求大而本土市场浅化、金融衍生品发展滞后等困境,因此,选择一种合理的发展模式以确保衍生品市场的稳健发展变得至关重要。通过对国际衍生品市场发展路径及主流发展模式的分析和比较,结合我国的制度环境和经济基础,在模式选择上,应该采用一种以强制性制度变迁为主,以诱发性制度变迁为辅的混合模式;在发展路径方面,应该遵循"市场制度安排决定发展路径"的一般性思路;而在监管方面,应该采用"芝加哥模式"。
[Abstract]:At present, there are many difficulties in the derivatives market of our country, such as large scale and few varieties, large demand and shallow local market, and so on. Therefore, it is very important to choose a reasonable development model to ensure the steady development of derivatives market. Through the analysis and comparison of the development path and mainstream development mode of international derivatives market, combined with the institutional environment and economic base of our country, we should adopt a kind of compulsory institutional change in the choice of model. The mixed model supplemented by induced institutional change; In the aspect of development path, we should follow the general idea of "market system arrangement determines development path", while in the aspect of supervision, we should adopt "Chicago model".
