恢复国债期货市场的管理体制研究

【摘要】：2010年4月16日,沪深300股指期货合约在我国金融期货交易所上市交易,至2010年底,股指期货运行了半年多时间,实际情况基本平稳。因此,应该借推出股指期货的东风,恢复"尘封"十五年之久的国债期货市场。本文简要回顾暂停国债期货市场的过程,阐述我国恢复国债期货市场尚已具备的条件,研究恢复国债期货市场存在的问题,并进一步提出恢复国债期货市场的对策与建议。
[Abstract]:On April 16, 2010, Shanghai and Shenzhen 300 stock index futures contracts were listed and traded on China's financial futures exchange. By the end of 2010, stock index futures had run for more than half a year, and the actual situation was basically stable. Therefore, the introduction of stock index futures should be used to restore the "dust-laden" 15-year Treasury bond futures market. This paper briefly reviews the process of suspending the treasury bond futures market, expounds the conditions for restoring the treasury bond futures market in China, studies the problems existing in the restoration of the treasury bond futures market, and further puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for restoring the treasury bond futures market.
