东营银行发展战略研究

【摘要】:金融业是推动经济发展的核心动力。改革开放后我国银行业发展一直呈现快速、高效、良性的发展之路。但近年来,,受世界金融危机的影响,全球经济萎靡不振,我国银行业受这次危机影响,未来发展将受到严重影响。我国经济发展方式的转变和城商行所面临的内外部环境,迫使城商行加快发展战略转型。作为东营唯一一家地方性商业银行,东营银行未来应如何发展,是摆在东营银行人面前头等大事。通过对东营银行内外环境分析,运用科学的分析工具,制定适合东营银行未来发展的发展战略,对实现东营银行又好又快发展具有深远意义。 本文介绍了企业战略管理的基本理论和发展,并分析了国内外有相类似背景银行的发展经验。通过运用PEST分析法、波特五力模型、CPM矩阵分析法、SWOT分析工具,以大量详实的数据,采用理论与实证相结合的方法,科学、全面地分析东营银行外部环境和内部条件,提出了东营银行的发展战略和五大战略转型,从完善公司治理、创新金融服务、强化资本管理、信息科技、建立人力资源管理体系五大方面保障战略的推进实施,最终实现东营银行的健康快速发展。
[Abstract]:Financial industry is the core motive force that promotes economic development. After the reform and opening up, China's banking industry has been showing a rapid, efficient and benign development road. However, in recent years, the global economy has been depressed by the world financial crisis, and the future development of China's banking industry will be seriously affected by the impact of the crisis. The transformation of our country's economic development mode and the internal and external environment of the city commercial banks force the city commercial banks to speed up the strategic transformation of development. As the only local commercial bank in Dongying, how to develop Dongying Bank in the future is the top priority for Dongying Bank. By analyzing the internal and external environment of Dongying Bank and using scientific analysis tools, it is of great significance to establish a development strategy suitable for the future development of Dongying Bank, which is beneficial and rapid to the development of Dongying Bank. This paper introduces the basic theory and development of enterprise strategic management, and analyzes the development experience of banks with similar background at home and abroad. By using PEST analysis method, Porter's five force model, CPM matrix analysis method and SWOT analysis tool, with a large amount of detailed data and using the method of combining theory and demonstration, the paper scientifically and comprehensively analyzes the external environment and internal conditions of Dongying Bank. The paper puts forward the development strategy and five strategic transformation of Dongying Bank, and promotes the implementation of the strategy from five aspects: perfecting corporate governance, innovating financial services, strengthening capital management, information technology, and establishing human resources management system. Finally realize the healthy and rapid development of Dongying Bank.
