商业银行开放式系统高可用模式研究

【摘要】:对于现代商业银行来说,银行科技信息系统的安全稳定运行,逐渐受到了越来越多的关注,越来越苛刻的监管和用户要求。银行科技信息系统主要包含主机平台、开放平台、网络环境及机房硬件环境,每个环节的高可用性都依赖于软硬件整体设计的冗余架构和可靠性。当前主机平台以严格的最大限度的冗余度保证了系统的稳定运行,而开放平台系统高可用性的实现需要在网络、系统硬件、操作系统、数据库软件、应用软件上的整体考虑,以保证在任意一个环节失效的情况下,都能进行及时的恢复,要求系统恢复时间极短,并且在系统恢复后保证数据的一致性。 目前,开放式系统的可用性解决方案中:在网络层面,采用双网络、双通讯设备的热备份结构,以防止因线路故障、网卡故障等造成通信瘫痪;在系统硬件层面,对关键硬件采取冗余设计保障高可用;在操作系统层面,主要利用磁盘阵列实现多机数据共享,在操作系统厂商提供的高可用软件的管理下实现整个系统的高可用;另外,一些数据库软件、应用软件也提供了集群解决方案。但是,采取高可用模式部署的系统,实际运行中还是存在一些问题,如主备系统切换成功率较低、需人工干预较多、时间不可控等。 本文首先从系统可用性分析模型着手,总结了三种途径来提高整个系统的可用性;详细介绍了高可用相关的集群技术和虚拟化技术;通过深入研究前沿的高可用技术以及业界成熟的高可用解决方案,并联系本人的工作中的实际,结合农业银行信息系统的实际特点以及对高可用性的具体需求,提出了一套适合于银行开放式系统建设的企业级高可用架构;并基于以上研究,选择应用项目进行了高可用优化改造实践。 在本文研究课题的推动下,通过对前沿的高可用技术和主流的高可用产品的研究,深入分析了开放式系统的高可用解决方案,详细梳理了开放式系统可能存在的风险点,研究制定了符合农业银行信息化建设特点的企业级高可用架构模式,并在农业银行的总行数据中心及多家分行都有广泛的应用,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益,为同业信息系统高可用建设提供了有益的参考。
[Abstract]:For modern commercial banks, the safe and stable operation of bank science and technology information system has gradually received more and more attention, more and more stringent supervision and user requirements. The bank science and technology information system mainly includes the host platform, the open platform, the network environment and the computer room hardware environment. The high availability of each link depends on the redundant structure and the reliability of the whole software and hardware design. At present, the host platform ensures the stable operation of the system with strict maximum redundancy, and the realization of high availability of the open platform system needs the overall consideration on the network, system hardware, operating system, database software and application software. In order to ensure that any link failure, can be timely recovery, the system recovery time is very short, and after the system recovery to ensure the consistency of the data. At present, in the open system usability solution: in the network level, adopts the double network, the double communication equipment hot backup structure, in order to prevent because of the line fault, the network card breakdown and so on causes the communication paralysis; At the system hardware level, redundancy design is adopted to ensure the high availability of key hardware. At the operating system level, the disk array is mainly used to realize the multi-computer data sharing, and the high availability of the whole system is realized under the management of the high-availability software provided by the operating system manufacturer. In addition, some database software, application software also provides the cluster solution. However, there are still some problems in the actual operation of the system deployed in high availability mode, such as the low success rate of switching between the main and backup systems, the need for more manual intervention, the uncontrollable time, and so on. This paper begins with the system availability analysis model, summarizes three ways to improve the usability of the whole system, and introduces the cluster technology and virtualization technology related to high availability in detail. Through in-depth research on cutting-edge high-availability technologies and well-established high-availability solutions in the industry, and combining the actual characteristics of agricultural bank information systems and the specific needs for high availability, and in the light of the actual situation in my work, A set of enterprise high availability architecture suitable for the construction of open banking system is put forward. Based on the above research, the application project is selected to carry out the practice of high availability optimization and transformation. Under the impetus of the research topic in this paper, through the research of advanced high availability technology and mainstream high availability products, this paper deeply analyzes the high availability solution of open system, and combs the possible risk point of open system in detail. This paper studies and formulates the enterprise high availability architecture model which accords with the characteristics of agricultural bank information construction, and has been widely used in the data center of agricultural bank headquarters and many branches, and has achieved better economic and social benefits. It provides a useful reference for the construction of high availability information system in the same industry.
