我国城市商业银行核心竞争力研究

【摘要】:城市商业银行是由城市信用社发展而来,从1995年我国第一家城市商业银行成立到现在,城市商业银行已走过了近二十年的发展道路。这期间,城市商业银行经历了从无到有、从小到大、从粗放式经营到现代商业银行经营的转变,其在解决中小企业融资难、服务市民和促进地方经济发展等方面起到了重要的作用,已经成为我国商业银行的第三梯队,是我国银行业不可或缺的组成部分。据银监会统计,截止2011年末,我国共有城市商业银行144家,其资产总额、负债总额分别是9.98万亿元、9.32万亿元,其资产总额占我国银行业金融机构的比重为8.8%,延续了持续增长的趋势。 然而,由于城市商业银行的先天不足,从诞生之日起,它就伴随着一系列的问题,如缺乏完善的业务结构、内控制度薄弱、创新能力不足等:加之大型商业银行的全面股改上市、全国性股份制商业银行发展的不断深入、外资银行的全面进入、邮政储蓄银行和农村信用社改革的不断深化,使得我国城市商业银行面临着日益激烈的行业竞争和严峻的外部挑战。城市商业银行如何在激烈的竞争中发挥比较优势、克服劣势、充分把握机会、应对挑战,培育和提升城市商业银行的核心竞争力迫在眉睫。 本文采用规范分析的方法,以核心竞争力的理论为依据,对城市商业银行进行研究。首先,对城市商业银行进行了界定,阐述了核心竞争力的内涵、商业银行核心竞争力的构成要素及其评价指标体系。接着,分析了我国城市商业银行的发展历程及现状。然后,从发展战略、组织结构、创新和技术、风险管理、公司治理和人力资源分析了我国城市商业银行核心竞争力的构成要素,并给出了我国城市商业银行核心竞争力的评价指标体系。之后,以3家上市城市商业银行、8家非上市城市商业银行、1家国有大型商业银行和1家股份制商业银行作为研究对象,结合我国城市商业银行核心竞争力的指标体系,对我国城市商业银行核心竞争力进行分析及评价。最后,结合我国城市商业银行存在的不足及其评价分析,有针对性地提出了一系列的建议,以期为提高我国城市商业银行核心竞争力并保持其持续健康的发展提供一些参考。
[Abstract]:The city commercial bank is developed from the city credit cooperative. From the establishment of the first city commercial bank of our country in 1995, the city commercial bank has gone through the development road of nearly 20 years. During this period, the city commercial bank experienced the transformation from nothing to existence, from small to large, from extensive operation to modern commercial bank management, and it was solving the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises. It has played an important role in serving the citizens and promoting the development of local economy. It has become the third echelon of our country's commercial banks and is an indispensable part of our banking industry. According to the statistics of the CBRC, by the end of 2011, there were 144 urban commercial banks in China, and their total assets and liabilities were 9.98 trillion yuan and 9.32 trillion yuan respectively, and their total assets accounted for 8.8 percent of the total assets of China's banking and financial institutions. Continued the trend of sustained growth. However, due to the inherent deficiency of the city commercial bank, since its birth, it has been accompanied by a series of problems, such as the lack of a sound business structure, internal control system is weak, Lack of innovative ability and so on: coupled with the comprehensive stock reform and listing of large commercial banks, the continuous deepening of the development of national joint-stock commercial banks, the comprehensive entry of foreign banks, and the continuous deepening of the reform of postal savings banks and rural credit cooperatives, China's urban commercial banks are facing increasingly fierce industry competition and severe external challenges. It is urgent for city commercial banks to play their comparative advantages, overcome disadvantages, fully grasp opportunities, meet challenges and cultivate and promote the core competitiveness of urban commercial banks in the fierce competition. Based on the theory of core competence, this paper studies urban commercial banks by means of normative analysis. Firstly, it defines the city commercial bank, expounds the connotation of the core competence, the constituent elements of the core competence of the commercial bank and its evaluation index system. Then, analyzes the development course and present situation of our country city commercial bank. Then, from the development strategy, organizational structure, innovation and technology, risk management, corporate governance and human resources, this paper analyzes the components of the core competitiveness of urban commercial banks in China. The evaluation index system of the core competitiveness of urban commercial banks in China is also given. After that, taking three listed city commercial banks, eight unlisted city commercial banks, one large state-owned commercial bank and one joint-stock commercial bank as the research objects, combining with the index system of the core competitiveness of the urban commercial banks in our country, The core competitiveness of urban commercial banks in China is analyzed and evaluated. Finally, combined with the shortcomings of urban commercial banks in China and their evaluation and analysis, this paper puts forward a series of suggestions in order to provide some references for improving the core competitiveness of urban commercial banks in China and maintaining their sustainable and healthy development.
