民营银行的现实问题剖析及发展路径——基于顶层设计下的渐进式视角

【摘要】：民营银行设立已成为当前我国经济界的热门话题,许多学者把民营银行的设立看作是解决中小企业融资难的重要途径。不少上市公司或其大股东正积极申请或有计划申请筹办民营银行,但在目前许多情况复杂多变、相关政策尚未明朗、法律条件尚未充分改善、市场环境还没有向民营资本倾斜、银行间难言公平竞争的情况下,民营银行发展之路仍任重而道远。本文分析了民营银行的理论内涵及现实问题,并深度剖析了产生问题的原因,进而提出了民营银行的发展路径。
[Abstract]:The establishment of private banks has become a hot topic in the economic circles of our country. Many scholars regard the establishment of private banks as an important way to solve the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises. Many listed companies or their major shareholders are actively applying or have plans to apply for the preparation of private banks, but at present, many situations are complex and changeable, the relevant policies are not clear, the legal conditions have not been fully improved, and the market environment has not been tilted towards private capital. Under the condition of fair competition among banks, the development of private banks still has a long way to go. This paper analyzes the theoretical connotation and practical problems of the private banks, and deeply analyzes the causes of the problems, and then puts forward the development path of the private banks.
