商业银行发展的新常态

【摘要】：正近来,习近平总书记在多次会议上强调中国经济要适应"新常态"。对"新常态"的内涵应该从以下几个方面来理解:一是经济增速是适度的,与潜在的增长率相适应,具有可持续性;二是强调环保、民生,强调发展质量;三是创造有利的经济制度环境,使市场在资源配置中日益发挥决定性作用。中国经济经过三十年两位数的高速增长,目前已进入经济增速换档期、结构调整阵痛期和前期刺激政策消化期"三期叠加"阶段,传统的粗放型增长模式
[Abstract]:Recently, General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed at many meetings that China's economy should adapt to the "new normal." The connotation of "new normal" should be understood from the following aspects: first, the economic growth rate is moderate, suitable for the potential growth rate and sustainable; the second is to emphasize environmental protection, people's livelihood and the quality of development; the third is to create a favorable economic system environment, so that the market plays an increasingly decisive role in the allocation of resources. After 30 years of rapid double-digit growth, China's economy has entered a period of shift in economic growth, the "three-stage superposition" stage of structural adjustment pain and the digestive period of the early stimulus policy, and the traditional extensive growth model.
