业务信息技术匹配度对塞拉勒商用银行业务运营绩效的影响

商业银行越来越多地采用业务信息技术(业务信息技术)配合,前景充满希望,而其复杂性仍然具有挑战性。如果要利用最佳成果,如何准确地调整业务需求,提高业务对专业知识和新颖的呼叫。本研究分析了企业-信息技术协调对塞拉利昂银行业务业绩的影响。两种业务-信息技术对银行财务、业务业绩和业务-信息技术对银行非财务业务业绩的影响。在收集数据和选择正确样本后,利用SPSS和Smart PLS软件分析了数据。SPSS被用来计算Cronbach的Alpha号进行试验测试和人口信息。利用智能PLS软件分析了两种模型的测量和结构结果。分析方法是基于局部最小二乘结构方程建模。第一个模型的结果表明,治理、能力/价值衡量、技能、伙伴关系、范围和企业-信息技术协调结构,对塞拉利昂商业银行的财务、业务业绩产生了积极和重大的影响。虽然能力和价值测量稍有正面性,但只有通信变量显示微不足道。第二个模型,除了能力和价值测量之外,这表明业务与信息技术对齐无关。其余部分与银行部门的非金融业务业绩有着重大的积极联系。治理对银行财务、业务业绩的影响最大,其次是技能和范围以及架构。对银行财务、业务业绩的影响最小的变量是能力/价值衡量。在第二...
