全球化背景下中西方管理教育思想之碰撞与思考

【摘要】：中国企业正面临着前所未有的挑战:既要应对全球化背景下的市场竞争,又缺少所需要的管理者,这又带来中国管理教育不容回避的挑战:如何培养大量的中国企业所急需的具有创新能力的管理者?中国传统的教育思想习惯于知识的传播,体现在管理教育领域则是将西方过去一百多年所积累的管理理论与管理知识引进到中国,但引进西方管理思想下所积累的管理理论与管理知识已远远不能满足中国企业对管理者创新能力的要求。因此,中国管理教育必须重新定义自己:以中国管理者的需求为中心设定教育目标,展开教育内容,并采取针对性的教育方法。
[Abstract]:Chinese enterprises are facing an unprecedented challenge : to deal with the market competition under the background of globalization and the lack of managers required , which brings about the challenge of China ' s management education : how to cultivate a large number of management theories and management knowledge accumulated by Chinese enterprises in the past more than a hundred years , but the introduction of the management theory and management knowledge accumulated by the West in the past more than one hundred years has far failed to meet the demands of Chinese enterprises to the managerial innovation ability . Therefore , China ' s management education must redefine itself : set the educational goal for the center of the Chinese managers , expand the educational content , and adopt a targeted education method .
