管理咨询的伦理分析

【摘要】:中国管理咨询业在其二十多年的发展历程中,为中国企业、为其他产业的成长提供了全面、及时的服务,自身也得到了长足发展,不断地走向成熟、走向完善。但由于受内外部各种因素的影响,,中国管理咨询业仍然存在着有待改进的地方,其中包括道德方面的不足。本文从伦理学的角度对中国的管理咨询业进行全面分析,首先指出管理咨询中存在的道德问题:管理咨询从业人员在资料收集中不遵守保密原则、在诊断分析中缺乏责任意识、在方案设计中受私利因素影响;管理咨询公司在整体运作中缺乏基本的伦理定位、缺乏合理的价值目标、缺乏竞争道德,并指出道德问题对管理咨询的影响。然后分别从管理咨询公司、管理咨询从业人员及社会环境三个方面论述加强管理咨询伦理建设的重要性及具体措施,即管理咨询从业人员必须严格遵守保密原则、增强责任意识、排除私利干扰;管理咨询公司必须注重基本的伦理价值、设定合理的价值目标、建立和谐的竞争关系;社会必须加强制度约束和舆论褒贬,以共同推动管理咨询行业的规范发展和不断繁荣。
[Abstract]:China management consulting industry in its more than 20 years of development, for China enterprises, other industries grow to provide comprehensive, timely service, itself has been considerable development, gradually mature, to improve. But due to the influence of various external factors, Chinese management consulting industry still has something to be improved the place, including the moral deficiency. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the Chinese management consulting industry from the perspective of ethics, first pointed out the moral problems in management consultation, management consulting practitioners do not abide by the principle of confidentiality in the information collection, the lack of sense of responsibility in the diagnosis analysis, influencing factors by self-interest in the project design management consulting firm; the lack of ethical positioning in the whole operation, the lack of rational value goal, lack of competition ethics, and points out that moral problems of management consulting Influence. And then from the management consulting firms, management consulting professionals and social environment three aspects to strengthen the importance and concrete measures of ethics construction of management consulting, management consulting practitioners must strictly abide by the principle of confidentiality, strengthen the sense of responsibility, out of self-interest interference; management consulting company must pay attention to the basic ethics value, set a reasonable target value the establishment of harmonious competition relationship; society must strengthen the social system and public opinion, to jointly promote the development of management consulting industry norms and continued prosperity.
