信息系统可用性问题类型及严重度对用户主观情绪的影响

【摘要】:已有研究表明,可用性问题会影响用户的主观情绪,典型地如负性情绪的发生,但可用性问题类型及严重度对于用户主观情绪的影响研究则相对有限。为了分析信息系统可用性问题类型及严重度对用户主观情绪的影响,设计两因素混合实验。研究结果表明,可用性问题类型及严重度会影响用户的主观情绪,任务类、高严重度水平的可用性问题将导致用户高负性、低支配度的主观情绪;且当可用性问题严重度水平较低时,可用性问题类型对于用户情绪效价的影响更显著。因此,可用性测试中,任务类及高严重度水平的可用性问题应分配较高的优先级。
[Abstract]:Research has shown that usability problems can affect the subjective emotions of users, typically negative emotions. However, the effect of usability problem type and severity on user's subjective emotion is relatively limited. In order to analyze the influence of information system usability problem type and severity on user's subjective emotion, The results show that the type and severity of usability problems will affect the subjective emotion of users, and the usability problems of task type and high severity level will lead to the subjective emotion of high negative and low dominance. When the severity level of usability problem is low, the effect of usability problem type on user emotional potency is more significant. Therefore, in usability testing, the usability problem of task class and high severity level should be assigned a higher priority.
