科学视角主义对管理研究的启示

【摘要】：科学视角主义是在逻辑主义基础上发展的一种科学哲学思想,其核心思想在于强调科学知识的条件性。本文分析了现行的管理研究范式,探讨了引入科学视角主义的动机及可行策略。目前管理学界流行的研究范式是:强调研究的理论基础、偏爱验证性研究、追求研究结果的统计意义显著。研究者为了迎合这些要求,可能会采取一些有问题的研究行为。而这些行为的一个严重后果是:现有的管理知识库中,充斥着大量假阳性研究结果,这对管理学的发展无疑是不利的。本文分析了上述研究范式的科学哲学思想根源,指出逻辑主义对这一研究范式的影响甚深,论证了以科学视角主义为指导思想进行管理研究,一方面有助于减少有问题的研究行为,另一方面也可以破除目前管理研究忽视假设条件与情境因素的弊病。
[Abstract]:Scientific perspective is a philosophy of science developed on the basis of logicism, the core of which is to emphasize the conditionality of scientific knowledge. This paper discusses the motivation and feasible strategies of introducing scientific perspective. At present, the popular research paradigm in the field of management is: emphasizing the theoretical basis of research, favouring confirmatory research, The statistical significance of pursuing research results is significant. To meet these requirements, researchers may take problematic research actions. One of the serious consequences of these behaviors is: in the existing management knowledge base, There are a lot of false positive research results, which is undoubtedly unfavorable to the development of management. This paper analyzes the scientific philosophy thought root of the above research paradigm, and points out that logicism has a deep influence on this research paradigm. On the one hand, it is helpful to reduce the problematic research behavior, on the other hand, it can also eliminate the disadvantages of ignoring the hypothetical conditions and situational factors in the current management research.
