【摘要】：正规范商业伦理已成为社会经济转型过程中迫切需要解决的问题,也成为了组织伦理理论研究的焦点。某种意义上,社会经济转型也是道德规范和伦理行为的调整、重构和适应过程。在伦理行为规范的嬗变和重构过程中,可能会使人们出现伦理判断和行为方面的困惑与混乱,进而造成伦理违背事件的发生。~(1)根据MacIntyre等的观点,现代社会的伦理危机已不单发生在伦理准则上,更多发生在伦理信念和对伦理规范的认知上,不是发生在"我们应当遵守什么样的伦理"上,而是发生在"我们为什么一定要遵守伦理规范"
