【摘要】：文章盘点了目前国内外有关组织双元的主要研究成果,清楚界定并比较了结构双元与背景双元,归纳了组织双元与绩效的关系及实现双元的前导变量。更重要地,文章开创性地开发了一个组织双元的综合框架模型,并指出今后亟待研究的领域。
[Abstract]:The inventory of the current researches at home and abroad related organizations dual, clearly defined and compared the structure of dual and dual summarizes the background, organization and performance of dual and dual leading variables. More importantly, the pioneering the development of a comprehensive framework of dual organization model in the future, and points out the research field.
