组织腐败研究进展与启示

【摘要】:组织腐败是多人或团体通过不恰当的资源和途径追求自身利益的行为,相较于个人腐败具有更大的危害性、复杂性。本文通过对国内外现有组织腐败研究进行系统梳理,阐述了组织腐败研究的兴起,界定了组织腐败的类型,同时,从经济学、社会学、心理学等视角综述了组织腐败研究进展。最后,论文概括了我国组织腐败现状,并基于现有文献对组织腐败的防治方法进行研究。本文从不同领域、视角总结了组织腐败理论研究进展,研究的启示对于进一步厘清组织腐败根源,应对并遏制组织腐败现象,具有重要的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Organizational corruption is the behavior of many people or groups pursuing their own interests through inappropriate resources and channels. Compared with individual corruption, organizational corruption is more harmful and complex. By systematically combing the existing research on organizational corruption at home and abroad, this paper expounds the rise of the study of organizational corruption, defines the types of organizational corruption, and summarizes the progress in the study of organizational corruption from the perspectives of economics, sociology and psychology. Finally, the paper summarizes the current situation of organizational corruption in China, and studies the methods of prevention and control of organizational corruption based on existing literature. This paper summarizes the research progress of organizational corruption theory from different fields, and the enlightenment of the study is of great significance for further clarifying the root causes of organizational corruption, coping with and containing the phenomenon of organizational corruption.
