【摘要】:文章研究中国高端智库专报产品撰写的具体方法,分析阐述其中的五个关键要素。通过13个案例,具体研究了专报产品的五个关键要素,即选题为本、导言为引、信息为重、对策为要、适时为上。专报与论文不同,要有问题导向、现实导向、需求导向和特色导向;做到预测、预判和预警;做到选题、破题和解题,在合适的时间向合适的对象提供合适的建议,形成专报的机构、地方和和人员的特色。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the specific methods of writing the products of China's high-end think-tank newspaper, and analyzes five key elements. Through 13 cases, the paper concretely studies the five key elements of the special newspaper products, that is, the subject selection is the basis, the introduction is the introduction, the information is the most important, the countermeasure is the important, and the time is right. Unlike papers, newspapers should be problem-oriented, reality-oriented, demand-oriented and feature-oriented; be predictive, pre-determined and early-warning; select topics, solve problems and solve problems; and provide appropriate advice to the right people at the right time.
