心理契约理论研究、应用及测评方法述评

【摘要】:从国外心理契约理论的发展历程、国内心理契约理论研究的现状和在人力资源管理中的应用以及心理契约的测量方法等几个方面对心理契约理论进行了述评,目的在于进一步规范其研究方法,加深其在组织行为和人力资源管理方面的应用研究。
