组织资源的弹性优化分析

【摘要】:优化组织资源对提高组织效益意义重大。文章界定了组织的有效、无效资源。通过构建组织效益函数,给出了组织效益弹性指标的概念及计算公式,提出了判定组织有效、无效资源的原理。同时推出了优化组织资源的弹性优化定理。分析了资源弹性优化的特点。在此基础上,对资源弹性优化的临界点进行了研究,并作了实证分析。
[Abstract]:The optimization of organizational resources is of great significance to the improvement of organizational efficiency. The article defines the effective and invalid resources of the organization. By constructing the organization benefit function, the concept and calculation formula of the elastic index of the organization benefit are given, and the principle of judging the effective and invalid resources of the organization is put forward. At the same time, the elastic optimization theorem for optimizing organizational resources is proposed. The characteristics of elastic optimization of resources are analyzed. On this basis, the critical point of resource elasticity optimization is studied, and an empirical analysis is made.
