国外知识转移研究综述

【摘要】：知识转移不仅是管理学领域研究的热点,同时也受到国际贸易、产业分析、人力资源以及市场营销等多个研究领域的关注。学术界和企业界均已认识到知识转移在企业获取利润、赢得竞争优势中的作用。文章分别回顾了组织内部和组织外部利益相关者之间知识转移的定义、转移过程、转移障碍及其相关的影响因素和作用结果,并在总结现有研究成果的基础上提出了未来研究的建议。
[Abstract]:Knowledge transfer is not only a hot topic in the field of management, but also a focus of international trade, industrial analysis, human resources and marketing. Both academia and business circles have recognized the role of knowledge transfer in making profits and winning competitive advantage. This paper reviews the definition of knowledge transfer between internal and external stakeholders, the process of transfer, the barriers to transfer, and the related factors and results. Suggestions for future research are put forward on the basis of summarizing the existing research results.
