组织行为学中的信任违背和修复研究

【摘要】:信任违背在当代社会经常发生,并成为组织行为学中的基本研究问题。组织行为学中对信任修复的研究主要存在三种理论视角:归因、社会平衡和可信度谈判。缺乏统一的理论框架且实证方法过于依赖实验室实验,是制约该主题研究推进的重要因素。信任修复中的时间因素、情景和情绪因素对信任修复的影响以及对修复效果的客观评估等议题是未来值得研究的方向。整合三种研究视角,从认知、社会和互动角度深化研究内容、拓展研究领域,可能是信任修复研究蓬勃发展的必经之路。
[Abstract]:Trust breach often occurs in contemporary society and has become a basic research problem in organizational behavior. There are three theoretical perspectives on trust restoration in organizational behavior: attribution, social balance and credibility negotiation. The lack of a unified theoretical framework and the dependence of empirical methods on laboratory experiments are important factors restricting the advancement of this subject. The time factors, the influence of situation and emotion factors on the restoration of trust, and the objective evaluation of the effect of restoration are worthy of study in the future. Integrating three kinds of research perspectives, deepening the research content from the perspective of cognition, society and interaction, and expanding the research field, may be the only way for the development of trust restoration research to flourish.
