“东方管理学课程”的教学内容创新研究

【摘要】:东方管理学是一门介于东方文化学与管理学之间的新兴的边缘交叉学科,思想深邃,内容丰富;东方管理学课程只是近年在大学本科和研究生培养中开设的专业选修课,教学实践刚刚起步,常常处于盲目或探索状态。因此,有必要加以总结与提炼,笔者认为,在教学内容极为丰富的东方管理学课程教学中,应当突出儒商思想、汉字管理智慧和东方管理思想史三大领域的教学。只有如此,才能提纲挈领、重点突出,从而收到明显的教学效果。
[Abstract]:Oriental management is a new frontier interdisciplinary subject between oriental culturology and management science with profound thoughts and rich contents. The course of oriental management is only an elective course offered in undergraduate and graduate education in recent years. The teaching practice is just beginning and it is often blind or exploring. Therefore, it is necessary to summarize and refine it. The author thinks that in the course of oriental management which is rich in teaching contents, we should emphasize the teaching of Confucian business thought, Chinese character management wisdom and oriental management thought history. Only in this way, can outline, focus, and thus receive obvious teaching results.
