[Abstract]:From the third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, which proposed "strengthening the construction of a new type of think tank with Chinese characteristics and establishing and perfecting the decision-making consultation system," the Fifth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee emphasized "implementing the innovation project in philosophy and social sciences and building a new type of think tank with Chinese characteristics."
