组织中心理契约研究的新发展

【摘要】:面对雇佣关系发生的剧烈变化以及心理契约的违背屡见不鲜这样的现实,学者们开始关注心理契约及其相关问题,心理契约方面的研究成为了管理心理学领域的热点。文章从心理契约的概念及其结构的争论谈起,较为系统地总结了理论和实证研究的新进展,并指出了现有研究存在的不足和局限性。
[Abstract]:In the face of the drastic change of employment relationship and the frequent violation of psychological contract, scholars begin to pay attention to psychological contract and its related problems. The research on psychological contract has become a hot spot in the field of management psychology. Starting from the debate on the concept and structure of psychological contract, this paper systematically summarizes the new development of theoretical and empirical research, and points out the shortcomings and limitations of the existing research.
