组织双元研究趋势与热点领域分析——科学知识图谱视角

【摘要】：以Web of Science数据库中历年有关组织双元文献为研究对象,借助Citespace III软件,利用共引分析理论和寻径网络算法绘制组织双元研究领域知识图谱,探究组织双元研究变化趋势和研究热点。研究发现:(1)组织双元研究逐渐受到学者关注和重视;(2)组织双元研究发展遵循多视角和多层次的演进路径;(3)组织双元研究已经形成外部前因、双元情景、管理者、环境、战略柔性、效率困境、双元假设等七大领域以及创新悖论管理、渐进式创新和双元领导等三大组织双元前沿问题。
[Abstract]:Taking the binary literature of organization in Web of Science database as the research object, with the help of Citespace III software, the knowledge graph of organizational binary research field is drawn by using the theory of co-citation analysis and routing network algorithm, and the changing trend and research hot spot of organizational binary research are explored. It is found that: (1) organizational duality research has been paid more and more attention by scholars; (2) the development of organizational duality research follows the evolution path of multi-perspective and multi-level; (3) organizational duality research has formed seven fields, such as external antecedents, dual scenarios, managers, environment, strategic flexibility, efficiency dilemma, dual hypothesis, innovation paradox management, progressive innovation and dual leadership.
