党政机关公文“附件说明”格式规范化探析

【摘要】：2012年发布实施的《党政机关公文格式》国家标准,对促进党政机关公文格式的标准化、规范化发挥着重要作用。但在实际工作中,有的文秘工作者因认识或执行该标准不到位而导致出现错误应用现象。文章对"附件说明"格式的应用进行分析,并对《党政机关公文格式》国家标准中该要素格式从公文简洁精炼和审美角度进行商榷,以期为今后进一步完善该标准提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:The national standard of official document format of Party and Government organs, issued and implemented in 2012, plays an important role in promoting the standardization and standardization of official document format of party and government organs. However, in practical work, some secretarial workers do not know or implement the standard in place, which leads to the phenomenon of wrong application. This paper analyzes the application of the format of "Annex description", and discusses the format of the elements in the national standard of the format of official documents of the Party and Government organs from the point of view of concise refinement and aesthetics of the official documents, in order to provide reference for the further improvement of the standard in the future.
