论京津冀协同发展中的组织领导管理模式

【摘要】:京津冀区域协同发展是中央重点实施的重大国家战略,战略的推动和完成需要依靠强有力的领导组织机构。立足京津冀三地组织管理实际情况,结合国内外出现过的组织领导管理模式,京津冀协同发展可设计四种组织领导管理模式——总督府模式、领导小组模式、华府模式、中央局模式。其各有利弊,可为京津冀区域设计组织领导模式提供参考。
[Abstract]:The coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is an important national strategy implemented by the central government, and the promotion and completion of the strategy needs to rely on a strong leading organization. Based on the actual situation of organization and management in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, combined with the organizational leadership management mode at home and abroad, the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei can design four kinds of organizational leadership management models-the government model, the leadership group model, the Washington model and the central bureau model. It has its own advantages and disadvantages, which can provide a reference for the leadership model of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional design organization.
