《世界遗产和可持续发展：世界遗产管理的新方向》（第四章）翻译实践报告

　　本翻译项目的原文为彼得·比勒·拉森(Peter Bille Larsen)和威廉·洛根(William Logan)编著的《世界遗产和可持续发展:世界遗产管理的新方向》(World Heritage and Sustainable Development:New Directions in World Heritage Management)中的第四章“城市遗产背景下的包容性经济发展”。原章节的主要内容是讨论包容性经济发展有利于以人为本的经济,依靠当地资源的利用和全球市场的公平竞争,使经济增长和社会公平相容。本文以尤金.奈达(Eugne Nida)的功能对等理论为指导,在对源文本的文本特点和语言特征加以分析的基础上,剖析翻译过程中的翻译难点和解决方法。针对文中的词汇,译者采用了词性转换和语境翻译的方法;针对文中的长难句,译者采取了拆分法和增译的方法,使译文在形式与内容上更能为读者所接受。最后文章进一步总结了在翻译过程中所得到的启发、教训和仍待解决的问题,以期为今后的翻译实践提供借鉴。
