被服包装纸箱的防潮防霉技术

【摘要】:目的研发被服等纺织品包装用高强防霉瓦楞纸箱。方法采用复合技术,制备六层复合瓦楞纸箱。里、面纸通过涂布方式,将防潮和防霉功能结合于同一纸箱上,并测试纸箱的强度、防水和防霉性能。结果复合纸板的边压强度和戳穿强度分别为21 060 N/m,39.4 J,分别是德国A标最高要求的1.62倍和2.19倍。箱纸板表面吸水率从34.7 g/m~2降至2.56 g/m~2。在温度为28℃、相对湿度为90%的环境中处理7 d后,涂布防霉剂纸板表面无霉菌生长。经28 d防霉实验,防霉纸箱内外表面以及内装物未发现霉菌生长,防霉等级达到最高Ⅰ级。结论防潮防霉纸箱强度大,能够起到较好的防潮防霉效果,有效保护被服等内装物不受霉菌的侵害。
[Abstract]:Objective to develop a high strength and mildew proof corrugated box for textile packaging such as clothing. Methods six layers of composite corrugated paper box were prepared by using composite technology. The moisture-proof and anti-mildew functions were combined on the same carton by coating method. The strength, waterproof and mildew resistance of the carton were tested. Results the edge compression strength and the puncture strength of the composite paperboard were 21,060 N / m ~ (-1) ~ 39.4 J, respectively. It was 1.62 times and 2.19 times higher than the German A standard, respectively. The surface water absorption of the cardboard decreased from 34.7 g / m ~ (2) to 2.56 g / m ~ (2).
