高温热泵用双螺杆压缩机内压力比调节方式

【摘要】:高温工业热泵运行时热源温度波动较大,压缩机外压比变化导致内外压比不相等,压缩机功耗上升,热泵能效下降。本文提出了采用经济器补气过程调节双螺杆压缩机内压力比的调节方式。通过向压缩腔中补充制冷剂气体,调节压缩机运行过程中的内压缩最终压力,使其与排气管道中压力相同,消除欠压缩过程,使压缩机实际压缩过程接近多变过程,降低运行附加功耗,增大热泵能效比。实验得到冷凝器90℃出水工况下不同补气压力时热泵的性能参数,结果表明:在最优补气压力下,压缩机绝热效率与热泵制热能效比同时达到最大,可实现通过调节补气压力调节压缩机内压力比的目的。
[Abstract]:The heat source temperature fluctuates greatly when the high temperature industrial heat pump is in operation. The variation of the compressor's external pressure ratio leads to the inequality of the internal and external pressure ratio, and the compressor power consumption increases. The energy efficiency of heat pump is reduced. This paper presents a way to adjust the pressure ratio of twin-screw compressor by using economizer to replenish the gas process and replenish the refrigerant gas to the compressing chamber. The final pressure of internal compression of compressor is adjusted to be the same as the pressure in exhaust pipe, the process of undercompression is eliminated, the actual compression process of compressor is close to the variable process, and the additional power consumption is reduced. The experimental results show that the performance parameters of the heat pump under different air supply pressure are obtained at 90 鈩,
