产品创新设计系统关键技术的研究与实现

【摘要】:由于当前我国的产品创新设计能力低下而使得我国在全球化的市场竞争中往往处于极为不利的严峻形势。同时由于产品的创新主要集中在产品的概念设计阶段,而概念设计阶段由于其复杂性及难以操作性,因而需要高层次的创新方法与计算机技术的支持。 而发明问题解决理论(TRIZ)则可以借助其跨学科领域的知识与方法工具为设计师在产品概念设计阶段的问题创新求解指明方向及快速有效地解决产品开发设计中的关键问题,得到创造性的问题解。但由于TRIZ理论主要用于概念设计阶段的问题创新求解,即主要解决“怎样做”的问题,而在“做什么”,,即在问题分析、定义与转化方面则存在一定的不足。但通过对质量功能展开(QFD)、层次分析法(AHP)、约束理论(TOC)、功能分析(FA)等方法的有效集成与合理应用则可以解决“做什么”这一关键性问题。基于此,本文提出了集多种设计方法于一体的用于问题分析、定义及求解的产品概念设计过程模型,并以此为基础开发出了计算机辅助产品创新设计系统平台sust/MTGP。本文主要的研究内容及结论如下: (1)研究了TRIZ理论的内涵、体系结构、及基于知识的问题求解工具在工程创新设计中的问题求解过程,并确定了技术冲突与物理冲突的判定方法,为TRIZ理论与其它创新方法的集成及系统平台的构建,特别是问题求解模块的构建奠定了基础。 (2)构建了基于多方法的概念设计问题分析与定义过程模型。通过对TRIZ、QFD、KJ法、AHP、TOC、FA、头脑风暴法(BS法)等多个设计理论与方法的研究,提出了用户需求参数获取、层次化归类及用户战略需求参数抽取方法,技术系统内在组件的功能作用关系分析、功能及其属性定义方法,导致系统出现不良问题的核心“根原因”分析与挖掘方法模型,“理想解”设定及求解策略判定方法模型,并在这些方法模型的基础上,构建了系统化的概念设计问题分析与定义过程模型。 (3)开发了基于多方法的产品创新设计系统平台。从方法集成与应用集成两方面对TRIZ理论与QFD、AHP、KJ法、TOC等创新方法的有机集成进行具体的研究,并对用户的方案管理、知识库扩充与更新、基于问题的创新求解过程等进行了详细的研究。在此基础上,构建了以TRIZ理论为核心,集多种设计理论与方法于一体的创新型产品创新设计系统框架与逻辑体系,并应用C#2010及SQL server2008开发出了包括导航模块、问题分析与定义模块、问题求解模块、知识与方案管理模块等在内的产品创新设计系统平台。 (4)基于本文开发的产品创新设计系统完成了对杏核去壳机的创新设计及方案管理。并通过该创新实例,全面介绍了软件系统的运行和操作过程,同时也测试与验证了该创新设计系统平台的有效性及合理性。
[Abstract]:Because of the low ability of product innovation design in our country at present, our country is often in a very disadvantageous situation in the global market competition. At the same time, the product innovation is mainly concentrated in the conceptual design stage of the product. Because of its complexity and difficulty to operate, the conceptual design stage needs the support of high level innovation method and computer technology. And the theory of problem solving is Triz). It can point out the direction of the creative solution of the problem in the stage of product concept design and solve the key problems in the product development and design quickly and effectively with the help of the knowledge and method tools of its interdisciplinary field. But because the TRIZ theory is mainly used in the conceptual design stage of the problem innovation solution, that is, mainly to solve the "how to do" problem, and in "do", that is, in the problem analysis. There are some shortcomings in definition and transformation, but through the development of the quality function, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the constraint theory (TOC). The effective integration and rational application of the methods such as function analysis (FAA) can solve the critical problem of "what to do". Based on this, this paper proposes a method for problem analysis which integrates various design methods. The product conceptual design process model is defined and solved, and the computer aided product innovation design system platform sustr / MTGPis is developed on the basis of this model. The main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows: 1) the connotation, architecture of TRIZ theory and the process of problem solving based on knowledge based problem solving tool in engineering innovation design are studied, and the method of judging the conflict between technology and physics is determined. It lays a foundation for the integration of TRIZ theory with other innovative methods and the construction of system platform, especially the problem solving module. (2) A process model of conceptual design problem analysis and definition based on multi-method is constructed. Several design theories and methods, such as brainstorming method and BS method, are studied, and the methods of user requirement parameter acquisition, hierarchical classification and user strategic requirement parameter extraction are put forward. The analysis of the function relation, the definition method of function and attribute in the component in the technical system lead to the core "root cause" analysis and mining method model of the bad problem in the system. On the basis of these method models, a systematic process model of conceptual design problem analysis and definition is constructed. The platform of product innovation design system based on multi-method is developed. The TRIZ theory and QFD-AHP KJ method are analyzed from two aspects of method integration and application integration. The organic integration of TOC and other innovative methods is studied in detail, and the user's scheme management, the expansion and updating of knowledge base, the process of problem-based innovation and so on are studied in detail. An innovative product innovation design system framework and logic system with TRIZ theory as the core and a variety of design theories and methods integrated is constructed. The paper also develops a navigation module, a problem analysis and definition module, and a problem solving module by using C#2010 and SQL server2008. Product innovation design system platform including knowledge and scheme management module etc. Based on the product innovation design system developed in this paper, the innovative design and scheme management of apricot core de-hulling machine are completed. The operation and operation process of the software system are introduced comprehensively through this innovative example. At the same time, it also tests and verifies the validity and rationality of the innovative design system platform.
