适于金针菇生长的高温冷库优化及工艺参数的研究

【摘要】:金针菇由于味道鲜美,有营养,属于绿色有机食品,获取了荤素两者之长,因此深受大家的喜爱。在社会高速发展的今天,人们不能拘泥于靠自然的方法来栽培金针菇,因此食用菌的工业化栽培将食用菌产业引领到一个新的台阶,即将金针菇的生长环境人为地用冷库设备来调控,使其处于一个适应生长的环境中。同时利用先进的自动化设备以及检测手段,满足对食用菌库房的实时监控。 本课题研究在高温冷库中培育金针菇适于其生长的工艺参数。为金针菇的生长提供更好的环境的同时,也为工程实际应用提供基础理论参考。通过对金针菇生长过程中进行各项指标的定时、定量的观察记录,把金针菇的阶段成长的标准指标进行提炼,结合该冷库中对围护结构、制冷系统设备匹配,出菇期的管理等方面的选择和设计,确定了系统节能优化及高温冷库工艺参数的研究。 控制部分选用PLC可编程控制器,完成对整个系统的自动化控制,研究了对新风的控制(二氧化碳浓度控制)等等。把制冷设备和自动控制设备联系起来,实现对工程现场的实时监控。 研究结果表明适用于金针菇出菇室工艺参数的适应值如下:再生阶段温度值为8℃-15℃,相对湿度值为80%~90%,CO2浓度占空气含量的0.02%,浓度值不能高于1000ppm;抑制阶段温度值为4℃~6℃,相对湿度值为80%~95%,CO2浓度占空气含量O.1%~0.15%左右,浓度值在4000-6000ppm之间;长菇阶段温度值为5℃~7℃,相对湿度值为70%~80%,CO2浓度占空气含量的0.05%~0.125%左右,浓度值在2000~5000ppm之间。通风方式为再生与长菇阶段大量通风,抑制阶段适当通风即可。
[Abstract]:Flammulina velutipes, because of its delicious taste, nutritious and green organic food, has obtained both meat and vegetable, so it is loved by everyone. Today, the society is developing at a high speed. People can not only rely on natural methods to cultivate Flammulina velutipes, so the industrialized cultivation of edible fungi will lead the mushroom industry to a new stage, that is, the growth environment of Flammulina velutipes is artificially controlled by cold storage equipment. At the same time, it can satisfy the real-time monitoring of edible fungus storehouse by using advanced automatic equipment and detection means. This paper studies the technological parameters of cultivating Flammulina velutipes in high temperature cold storage to provide a better environment for the growth of Flammulina velutipes. It also provides the basic theory reference for the practical application of engineering. Through the timing and quantitative observation record of each index in the growth process of Flammulina velutipes, the standard index of the growth stage of Flammulina velutipes is refined. Combined with the selection and design of enclosure structure, equipment matching of refrigeration system, and management of mushroom production period, the optimization of system energy saving and the study of process parameters of high temperature cold storage were determined. In the control part, the PLC programmable controller is used to complete the automatic control of the whole system, the control of the fresh air (carbon dioxide concentration control) and so on are studied. The refrigeration equipment and the automatic control equipment are connected together. Realize the real-time monitoring of the project site.
