醴陵釉下五彩陶瓷酒容器及包装设计研究

【摘要】:陶瓷艺术在中国历史的各个时期都取得了非凡的成就,为后世留下了许多珍贵的艺术瑰宝。诞生于湘东醴陵的“釉下五彩瓷”堪称我国近现代陶瓷艺术宝库中的一朵奇葩。陶瓷材质作为中国酒文化的完美物质载体同样有着其醇厚绵长的文化积淀,而酒容器又成为陶瓷艺术推广与发展的优质平台。论文通过对已有资料和研究成果的收集、归纳和分析,综合运用文献法、比较研究法、调查法和个案研究法,并结合设计学、造型美学等学科的方法对醴陵釉下五彩陶瓷酒容器及包装设计进行研究。首先对醴陵制瓷的历史进行溯源,详细介绍醴陵创烧的“釉下五彩”的初始与发展;其次对陶瓷类酒容器的瓶口设计与质量要求做了系统的梳理,以及传统陶瓷品种在新的科学技术的支持下,能尽可能地形成规模化、标准化和智能化生产;第三是对醴陵釉下五彩陶瓷酒容器造型的深入探讨,分析其造型类别与造型设计法则,试图寻找到适应现代人们视觉审美需求的造型规律;最后,探讨现代包装材料与包装内容的关系,以及现代包装设计推崇的理念与原则,提出适合醴陵釉下五彩瓷酒包装的设计方法。以湖南醴陵“釉下五彩陶瓷”作为中高端白酒容器的载体,是因为醴陵当地生产的陶瓷酒瓶在行业中占有较大的市场份额,加之醴陵也面临着其他陶瓷产区所面临的共同问题,这就是缺乏核心竞争力与品牌意识。而白酒企业的成功同样需依靠其品牌塑造与推广的能力,尤其在中高端白酒品牌的塑造过程中,借助酒容器的材质与造型设计的突破创新往往能起到立竿见影的效果。
[Abstract]:Ceramic art has made remarkable achievements in every period of Chinese history. Many precious art treasures have been left behind for later generations. Born in Liling, Xiangdong, there are five colors under the glaze. Ceramic material as the perfect material carrier of Chinese wine culture also has its mellow and long cultural accumulation. The wine container has become a high quality platform for the promotion and development of ceramic art. Through the collection, induction and analysis of existing materials and research results, comprehensive use of literature, comparative research, investigation and case study method. And combined with the design, modeling aesthetics and other disciplines of the Liling glaze of multicolored ceramic wine containers and packaging design. First of all, the history of Liling porcelain was traced back. This paper introduces in detail the initial and development of "five colors under glaze" created by Liling. Secondly, the bottle mouth design and quality requirements of ceramic wine containers are systematically combed, and the traditional ceramic varieties, supported by new science and technology, can be produced on a large scale, standardized and intelligentized as possible. The third is to deeply discuss the shape of Liling's five-color ceramic wine container under glaze, analyze its styling category and modeling design rule, and try to find out the modeling law to meet the needs of modern people's visual aesthetics. Finally, the paper discusses the relationship between modern packaging materials and packaging content, as well as the concept and principle of modern packaging design. This paper puts forward a design method suitable for the packaging of Liling under-glazed five-colored porcelain wine. Liling, Hunan Province, is used as the carrier of medium and high-end liquor containers. It is because the ceramic wine bottles produced in Liling have a large market share in the industry, and Liling also faces the common problems faced by other ceramic producing areas. This is the lack of core competitiveness and brand awareness. The success of liquor enterprises also depends on their ability to shape and promote the brand, especially in the middle and high-end liquor brand shaping process. With the help of the wine container material and shape design breakthrough innovation can often play an immediate effect.
