基于QFD与TRIZ的多种类混合装箱包装机设计

【摘要】：目的为了高效、快速对新款多种类混合装箱包装机进行研发,提出基于QFD与TRIZ的创新设计方法。方法文中运用QFD与TRIZ等多种创新方法,针对开设网店等创业人员在创业初期存在的人手少、工作量大等问题,设计开发一款多种类混合装箱包装机。结果该包装机可按照操作者所需的包装品种,自动实现纸箱的吸取、成型、合箱和封箱操作,在商品的投放区不需人为手动进行商品的投放,是包装多种混合食品的个性化机械装置。结论结果证明基于QFD与TRIZ的创新设计方法是可行的途径,所设计的包装机能够大幅度提高纸箱封装的生产效率,并且降低生产劳动强度,获得较高的产品包装质量。
[Abstract]:Objective in order to develop the new multi-type mixed packing machine quickly and efficiently, an innovative design method based on QFD and TRIZ is put forward. Methods QFD and TRIZ are used in this paper. In order to solve the problems of few staff and heavy workload in the initial stage of starting a business, a multi-type mixed packing machine is designed and developed. As a result, the packing machine can be packed according to the type required by the operator. Automatic realization of carton absorption, molding, closing and sealing operation, in the delivery area of goods do not need to manually carry out the delivery of goods. The results show that the innovative design method based on QFD and TRIZ is feasible. The designed packaging machine can greatly improve the production efficiency of carton packaging, reduce the labor intensity and obtain higher packaging quality.
