改性聚乙烯防雾薄膜的性能研究

【摘要】:用表面活性剂对聚乙烯(PE)树脂进行改性,制备防雾薄膜,使其具有防雾作用。以聚乙烯蜡乳液(WE1)为分散剂,防雾母粒(YS)、聚甘油脂肪酸酯(PGFE)作为防雾剂,对PE树脂进行改性,混合造粒后流延制备出聚乙烯防雾薄膜。研究了改性聚乙烯薄膜的微观结构、防雾性能、力学、光学、透气、透湿及热稳定性能。结果表明,防雾剂与聚乙烯薄膜相容性好,改善了聚乙烯薄膜的阻隔性,并且使薄膜具有优良的防雾性能。YS的加入使薄膜拉伸强度增大,当YS,PGFE分别以2%复配时,薄膜透光率为86.22%,拉伸强度为8.63 MPa,断裂伸长率为453.31%,高温防雾时间可达232h,可以作为防雾包装薄膜使用。
[Abstract]:The antifogging film was prepared by using surfactant to modify PE resin. Polyethylene wax emulsion WE1) was used as dispersant, anti-fogging masterbatch was used as anti-fogging agent, and polyglycerol fatty acid ester (PGFE) was used as anti-fogging agent to modify PE resin. Polyethylene antifogging films were prepared by mixed granulation. The microstructure, antifogging properties, mechanics, optics, air permeability, moisture permeability and thermal stability of modified polyethylene films were studied. The results showed that the antifogging agent had good compatibility with polyethylene films. The barrier property of polyethylene film was improved, and the addition of YS made the film have good antifogging property. The tensile strength of the film was increased. When the YS- PGFE was mixed with 2% respectively, the tensile strength of the film was increased with the addition of YS. The film has a transmittance of 86.22m, a tensile strength of 8.63 MPa, an elongation at break of 453.31 and a high temperature antifogging time of 232h. it can be used as an antifogging packaging film.
