空冷与喷淋两用冷却器的优化设计及性能分析

【摘要】:空冷与喷淋两用冷却器是一种能够很好满足制冷要求的节能设备,并且具有环保,投入及运行成本低的特点,在化工、纺织等行业得到广泛的应用。本文针对西部地区空冷与喷淋两用冷却器的应用建立数学模型进行求解、结构设计及优化、数值模拟研究,分析干湿工况下空冷与喷淋两用冷却器各参数对冷却性能的影响研究,为新型冷却器在实际工程应用设计提供选型依据,具体内容如下: 第一,对空冷与喷淋两用冷却器在干工况下的运行及换热机理进行分析研究。通过对边界条件及设计工况进行理想型的假设,计算出干工况条件下的数学模型。确定了建立好的数学模型的边界条件以及控制方程,最后通过理论分析计算得到干工况条件下的解。 第二,通过上述得出的结论分别求出干工况及湿工况的传热、传质系数,根据设计根据经验依据选择的翅片管的最佳尺寸,并计算出冷却器的具体长、宽、高,整体做出详细设计,并且对选出的冷却器核心换热翅片管进行温度场的模拟分析判断所选的翅片管尺寸是否为适合该工况的最优结构。 第三,分析空冷与喷淋两用冷却器在两种工况下的各结构参数以及运行参数对冷却性能的影响规律。论文中所涉及冷却器性能造成的影响是否对在冷却器结构的参数包括:换热器的基管管材、布置方式、翅片管间距、高度、厚度。所涉及的运行方面进行分析的参数包括:干、球温度、污垢热阻、迎风面风速、喷淋水量。 最后对本论文对空冷与喷淋两用冷却器性能分析结构优化设计中所做的研究设计得到的结论进行总结,并提出了还需要继续优化的方向,而且对空冷与喷淋两用冷却器未来可能的发展方向进行了展望。
[Abstract]:Air cooling and spray cooler is a kind of energy saving equipment which can meet the refrigeration requirements well, and has the characteristics of environmental protection, low investment and operation cost, in the chemical industry, Textile and other industries have been widely used. In this paper, a mathematical model is established for the application of air-cooled and sprayed dual-purpose coolers in the western region, the structural design and optimization, numerical simulation research, This paper analyzes the influence of air cooling and spray cooling parameters on cooling performance under dry and wet conditions, and provides the selection basis for the design of new type coolers in practical engineering. The specific contents are as follows:. First, the operation and heat transfer mechanism of air-cooled and sprayed dual-purpose coolers under dry working conditions are analyzed and studied. The boundary conditions and design conditions are assumed to be ideal. The mathematical model under dry working condition is calculated and the boundary condition and control equation of the established mathematical model are determined. Finally, the solution under dry working condition is obtained by theoretical analysis and calculation. Secondly, the heat and mass transfer coefficients of dry and wet working conditions are calculated, the optimum size of finned tube selected according to the design, and the specific length, width and height of the cooler are calculated. The whole design is made in detail, and the temperature field of the selected finned tube is simulated to determine whether the size of the finned tube is the optimal structure suitable for the working condition. Third, The structure parameters of air-cooled and sprayed dual purpose coolers under two working conditions and the influence of operation parameters on cooling performance are analyzed. Whether the influence of the performance of the cooler on the parameters package of the cooler structure is discussed in this paper. Including: base tube tubes of heat exchangers, Layout, finned tube spacing, height, thickness. The operational parameters involved include: dry, ball temperature, fouling thermal resistance, windward wind speed, spray water. Finally, the conclusion of the research and design in the performance analysis of air-cooled and sprayed dual-purpose coolers is summarized, and the direction of optimization is put forward. The possible development direction of air-cooling and spray-cooled dual-purpose cooler in the future is also prospected.
