15000Psi超高压节流阀密封圈的研制

【摘要】:节流阀作为井口节流降压装置,是天然气在开采过程中必不可少的设备之一。国内某高压气田,由于其天然气工况恶劣,所属的油田公司均与国外知名公司合作,选用他们的产品。但是在这些进口节流阀使用过程中,却也存在着不少问题,如可靠性低、采购周期长、易损件价格日益昂贵等,国内相关气田对实现该类节流阀国产化的呼声越来越大。结合市场需要,同时为了打破国外厂家的垄断,国内某厂家已成功研制出了适用于该气田的超高压笼式节流阀。而密封件作为节流阀上必不可少的配件,它的成功研制是保证国产节流阀成功应用的必要条件。 本文从密封件的使用工况入手,分析出该密封件的使用工况为高压、高温、强腐蚀,且同时含有静密封和动密封两种密封形式。结合密封件的使用工况、阀门常用密封件和实际调研,选择了泛塞封作为本文所涉及节流阀的密封件,而在泛塞封常用的三种弹簧中,根据弹簧特性和实际使用效果,选择了Slantciol弹簧为泛塞封的弹力补偿件。在密封件外形设计时,首先根据密封沟槽尺寸和初定密封预变形量,设计出密封件外形尺寸,再利用ABAQUS仿真软件模拟其密封效果,并分析讨论了不同预变形量下的密封效果,选择出了最佳预变形量。 泛塞封的基体一般为聚四氟乙烯复合物,本文分析了各种改性方法及其优点,结合密封件的使用工况,同时经多次1:1工装密封试验,确定了所设计密封件的配方为纯聚四氟乙烯+10%碳纤维。为验证所研制密封件的气密封效果,设计和制造了一种能测试所有密封件密封性能的工装,并选择105Mpa和70Mpa气压模拟节流阀进出口压力进行压力试验。试验结果表明,所研制的密封件能承受158Mpa的液压和105Mpa的气压。 本研究所研制的超高压密封产品已在相关高压气田进行了现场试用,且试用效果得到了相关油田的高度评价。
[Abstract]:As the wellhead throttle valve throttling device, is one of the essential equipment of natural gas in the mining process. A high pressure gas field, because of its natural gas condition, the oil companies have cooperation with well-known foreign companies, choose their products. But in the inlet throttle, the use of the process, but there are also many the problems, such as low reliability, long procurement cycle, the price of more expensive parts, domestic related fields to achieve localization of the throttle valve is getting louder. According to the needs of the market, at the same time in order to break the monopoly of foreign manufacturers, domestic manufacturers have developed super high voltage cage type throttle valve for the gas field the seals. As an essential part of the throttle valve on the parts, it is necessary to ensure the successful development of the domestic valve successful application.
This paper starts from the use of the seal conditions, analysis of the working condition of the seal for high pressure, high temperature, strong corrosion, and also contain static sealing and dynamic sealing two kinds of sealed form. Combined with the working conditions of seals, valve seals and practical research, chose the pan sealing seal as mentioned in this article the throttle valve, and in the pan three plug spring seal used in the spring, according to the characteristics and actual effect, elastic compensation chose Slantciol spring for the pan. In the design of sealing plug shape seal, according to seal groove size and initial deformation of pre fixed seal design, seal out of shape and size to simulate the sealing effect using the ABAQUS simulation software, and discuss the different pre deformation amount of the sealing effect, select the best pre deformation.
The pan matrix plug sealing usually PTFE composite, this paper analyzes the various advantages and modified method, combined with the operating conditions of the seal at the same time after repeated 1:1 tooling seal test, the seal design formula of pure PTFE +10% carbon fiber. In order to verify the development of seal gas sealing effect the design and manufacture, a sealing performance test all tooling, and select 105Mpa and 70Mpa pressure and outlet pressure pressure test simulation of the throttle valve. The experimental results show that the hydraulic pressure and 105Mpa seals can withstand 158Mpa developed.
The ultra-high pressure seals developed in this study have been tested in the related high pressure gas fields, and the trial results have been highly evaluated in the related fields.
