主辅式气囊排气口设置及其阈值参数研究

【摘要】:目的分析主辅式气囊排气口面积与开启气压阈值对气囊冲击加速度、速度等缓冲特性产生的影响,以提高气囊缓冲性能。方法根据动力学与热力学相关理论建立排气口有开启阈值的主辅式气囊理论模型。结果增大主气囊排气口面积可使载荷加速度第1峰值减小,第2峰值增大,增大主气囊排气阈值效果相反;增大辅气囊排气口面积,载荷第2加速度峰值减小,增大辅气囊排气阈值效果相反。结论通过文中的解析模型合理设计了主、辅气囊排气口面积,对主气囊排气口设开启阈值可有效降低气囊过载,提高了气囊缓冲性能。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effect of air outlet area and opening pressure threshold on cushion characteristics such as impact acceleration and velocity of airbag. In order to improve the cushion performance of airbag, according to the theory of dynamics and thermodynamics, the theoretical model of airbag with opening threshold was established. Results the first peak value of load acceleration can be reduced by increasing the area of exhaust port of main airbag. With the increase of the second peak value, the effect of increasing the exhaust threshold of the main airbag is opposite, the peak value of the second acceleration of the load decreases with the increase of the area of the exhaust port of the auxiliary airbag, and the effect of increasing the exhaust threshold of the auxiliary airbag is opposite. The area of the auxiliary airbag vent and the opening threshold for the main airbag vent can effectively reduce the airbag overload and improve the airbag buffer performance.
